At PairStore, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged or defective
You received the wrong product
The product is significantly different from the description
The item is unused and in its original condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be in its original packaging
Not be used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Include all accessories (if applicable)
2. Return Timeframe
You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
Return requests made after this period may not be accepted. To request a return, please contact us at - pairstoresupport@proton.me with your order number and clear photos of the product.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
You will receive instructions on how to return the product
After we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the refund
The refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds are usually processed within 4-5 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
The product is damaged
The wrong item was delivered
The product has a manufacturing defect

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 1-2 buisness days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Used products
Products damaged by the customer
Items returned without original packaging
Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
Clearance or sale items (if mentioned in the product description)
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
